About Me

My photo
John H. Rutledge ACE CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER and HEALTH COACH
Why am I passionate about fitness and helping others? Being a professional musician, living on the road, and living an unhealthy lifestyle nearly killed me. Running and working out helped save my life twenty eight years ago. I thought that if it worked for me, maybe I could help others that are struggling to make positive changes in their lives. My mother died from lung cancer when she was thirty nine, and her brother died from a heart attack in his forties. This motivated me to get serious about my health plan, and to help others make healthy behavior changes as well.
