MY SNOWED IN WORKOUT PLAN

It was a simple plan to do 100 push ups and 100 squats during the day.

Planks, bird dogs and stretching were part of the plan as well.


At the end of the day my body and mind were thankful.

WORKING ON THE ACE ADVANCED HEALTH AND FITNESS SPECIALIST CERTIFICATION

The American Council on Exercise earned NCCA accreditation for all four of it's core certification programs.


I have earned the Personal Trainer and Health Coach. My next goal is the Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist.


Being able to make a difference in the lives of people who have completed treatment for or are currently living with cardiorespiratory,  metabolic or musculoskeletal diseases, disorders and injuries is my passion.
