- Enthusiam for fitness started at a young age.There wasn't much to do in Union,South Carolina. All the boys in my neighborhood were active. We boxed, played football, baseball and went for runs. I worked at One to One Fitness under the tutelage of Brooks Holbrook from 1993-1995 in Spartanburg,SC I went through the Exercise Etc.Basic Training Program in 1995. I got a Nautilus Certification in 1997. I'm an endurance athlete. I ran marathons in Chicago, Orlando,Philadelphia,Virginia,Charlotte and other cities. "I believe that there are no new fundamentals." The Chicago 2010 Marathon was my last full marathon. I'm going to run a few half marathons a year. I completed my first Sprint Triathlon June4th 2011.
